My 6 year old daughter likes it and it isn't slutty looking like the Moxie Girls one, which I returned because it looked like a porn star. This one is innocent and actually looks like a little girl and is easy to use for her.

We bought this doll head for our 7 year old for the holidays. She immediately decided to wash the hair and give it a "bath". Amazingly, the doll survived and the hair is still thick and lustrous. She has applied make-up to the head and been able to wash it off, and she has been able to brush through the hair and create multiple styles. Our 11 year old, who thought she had out grown such things, saw her sister enjoying it so much that she has joined in the fun also. It has been a hit of the holidays. The only cause for pause is the price point, I still don't quite understand why it had to be so expensive. However, no hair has pulled out yet so I'm very pleased. Thank you, Lael Hazan educatedpalate
